Origins and Mission
The Paramutant Research Society has always been at the forefront of mutation research, dedicated to the in depth study of mutants and their powers. Following the bounds in science made by Coyote Clinic, efforts have been deployed with the goal of replicating Dr.Snip's mutant abilities artificially.
